Best purchase I’ve made

I purchased the xotic PC Focus 2. First off I have to say I am very impressed not only does the core system boot in a 1 sec , for a basic core system it can handle a lot I was able to get a lot of good gaming going on it clear up the PlayStation 2 I have tested other games as well as Xbox runs perfect very very impressed. If there's anybody out there that is willing to get out of their old PC this is the way to go. Not only do you have good customer service you have quality technicians that obviously know what they're doing I will obviously come back here to buy more thank you to xotic PC. Content creation and classic retro game playing has just got easier.

Got my new custom pc love it. Works Great! Took it for a spin or two on my favorite games. Runs smooth and quiet.

Got my laptop the other day (am currently loading all my software onto it). It's solidly-made, exactly what I wanted and stupidly powerful! I love it!

I was Impressed by all the goodies that cam in my box such as extra cables, all manuals/warranty cards, wall anchor kit, extra case parts, the packaging for the CPU, and a cute T-shirt.

It came packaged really well, like I don't think anything could have hurt this pc with how well it was protected in the box. Also I found it pretty easy to take out despite this thing being over half my size lol.

Something big to note is that a different cooler is on my pc that what is shown in pictures and description, but I personally don't mind as I really like the one I was given instead, but I could see that being a big issue with other people. I'm not sure which one is in the picture, but the one I received is Cooler Master 360L Core White ARGB Close-Loop AIO Liquid Cooler. I think it fits the look of the pc a lot better that the one shown on the product page.

A small gripe that I have is what I was taking it out of the box I heard a small clanking as if something was loose on the inside, come to find out a tiny plastic piece was floating around. I have to figure out what it goes to so ill probably contact customer service later to see, but it did become lodged in one of my fans and I had to pick it out so the fan could spin again.

Overall I am really happy, I've tested out quite a few games that my old PC wouldn't be able to run and this one runs so smoothly even with graphics all the way up. I think the PC was put together really well, it has such a clean beautiful look, it'll definitely impress anyone that might see this in your game room. I honestly cant stop looking at how pretty it is myself lol. I'm excited to use my PC for the years to come!

Lots of good stuff to say. Great value for price. OCCT testing showed no errors after full one hour test. XoticPC was the only place I could find a built PC with NVMe Gen 5 and compatible motherboard and AMD at a reasonable price. Build and shipping took longer than I hoped, but I suppose that's to be expected with a custom PC. Highly recommended.
