The only complaint I had was the long wait but I honestly forgot all about that once it arrived. My build was everything I wanted and more. I also ordered my wife a build and I can't get her away from it and bg3. Worth the wait. I will most likely use again to purchase some pcs for the kiddos.
Honestly great customer service, the way XOTIC reached out to me with emails was perfect and informed me of a lot of things which helped me also with a part change about a 1/3 of the way through my order.
Let's just start this by saying how incredible of a job they did with cable management, the cooling system and tubing, fans, lights, the whole shebang. Not only was it incredibly well built, the selection of parts was outrageous compared to other websites or builders, AND it was cost efficient this way. The value these guys are giving out is absolutely stellar and it really shows in their final product. I made the mistake of ordering during pre Black Friday, so it took a little longer than I would like for shipping, but it's understandable. There was also a small drop leak from a fitting due to the packaging foam, but with a quick online chat...they had me fixed from states away and no extra hassle! Really swell mates and will be referring everyone who builds to this company. Thanks again!
